We have recently been informed by an O&G Specialist that a certain organisation offering ultrasound scan services has produced lab reports resembling ours without our knowledge and authorisation.

We want to clarify and notify to everyone that we have never collaborated with, provided any service to, or received any sample from such organisation.

Further to the phone call to our office, we have since requested in writing to remove and discontinue the use of any report and material that appeared to have similar traits to ours with immediate effect. We have also informed them in writing that Cytogenomix® does not and will not wish to associate ourselves to their organisation.

To protect our rights and to ensure the highest standards of laboratory quality practices and reporting to the medical fraternity, we have sought legal advice on this matter.

We request that all parties respect each other’s rights and disregard any unsubstantiated information that does not contribute positively to the community or improve medical care. We will take all necessary legal actions if there is any misrepresentation concerning our company and services.
