Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online presence and drive engagement across all digital channels. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that communicate the value of our genomic testing services to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) with engaging content
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Create compelling content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and videos
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide regular reports
  • Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Coordinate with the design team to create marketing collateral
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and healthcare regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or biotechnology
  • Proven experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Molecular Pathologist

Laboratory-based Full-time Posted: Feb 2026

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Molecular Pathologist to join our clinical team. You will be responsible for interpreting complex genomic data, providing clinical insights, and ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy. This role is critical in helping us deliver precise and actionable genetic information to healthcare providers and their patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and report on complex genomic sequencing data (NGS, WES, WGS)
  • Provide clinical correlation and variant interpretation according to ACMG guidelines
  • Collaborate with laboratory directors and genetic counselors on complex cases
  • Participate in test development and validation studies
  • Review and sign out molecular pathology reports
  • Ensure compliance with CAP/ISO 15189 quality standards
  • Participate in tumor board meetings and case conferences
  • Contribute to research publications and presentations
  • Mentor and train junior staff and fellows
  • Stay current with advances in molecular pathology and genomics

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree with board certification in Anatomic Pathology and/or Clinical Pathology
  • Subspecialty training/fellowship in Molecular Genetic Pathology
  • Board eligible/certified in Molecular Genetic Pathology
  • Active medical license (or eligible for licensure)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical molecular pathology
  • Expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data interpretation
  • Strong knowledge of ACMG/AMP variant interpretation guidelines
  • Experience with CAP/CLIA laboratory regulations and inspections
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in oncology molecular diagnostics
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases
  • Research experience and publications in molecular pathology
  • Experience with hereditary cancer testing
  • Teaching and mentorship experience
